What you can do

Use any sound from the built-in kits in your own music — beats, songs, releases, sync, streams, client work — commercially or not. Edit, chop, pitch and process them freely. No attribution required, though it is always appreciated.

What you cannot do

Repackage or resell the sounds as a sample pack, sound library or competing product, modified or not. This license covers the music you make with the sounds, not redistribution of the sounds themselves.

Why this can be promised

Every sound in these kits is produced in-house for crate.hiphop and is 100% original — nothing sampled from records, machines or other kits. There are no third-party rights hiding in the files, so they are royalty-free by construction rather than by promise.

Samples you bring yourself

Anything you load, record or import into Padwolf stays yours and never leaves your device — Padwolf processes audio locally and uploads nothing. These terms cover only the kits that ship with the app.
